How it Works
With California Disabled Access Education you can complete your mandatory continuing education course on disabled access requirements as a condition of license renewal with the California Architects Board.
Our course provides licensees with information from the "course provider" as required by the California Architects Board that you can transfer to your license renewal application that you send to the Architects Board (do not send the email itself).
It's convenient, here's how it works:
Just (1) create a username and password as you purchase the course and log-in, (2) complete the entire course, and (3) receive the email information needed to transfer (in writing) to your license renewal application that you send to the Architects Board. The Board asks that you transfer the information to your license renewal application if possible, and avoid sending in the email itself.
Make sure and write down your username and password!!
You can conveniently choose when to take the course and also how long it takes you to complete it. In other words, you can log-in, start, stop, and then restart the course by simply going back to where you left off, or just complete the course all at once.
The course is given online only and is similar to a PowerPoint reading presentation. The price for our 5 Hour Accessibility Course for California Architects is only $59.95. You must complete the course within 60 days of purchase.
A single course purchased from California Disabled Access Education (CaliforniaDAE) for satisfying the continuing education requirements of the California Architects Board for license renewal can only be used for a single renewal of your own personal California architects license.
Payment can be made by cards showing the Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover symbol. The numeric address and zip code for the card’s billing statement must match when purchasing the course.
Credit/debit cards indicated above must have the name of the individual architect seeking to take the course on the card as the card holder.
Your payment is securely processed with Authorize.net. One of the security techniques we use for online transactions is Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. If your browser is capable of SSL (and most are), your personal information will be automatically encrypted, or encoded, before it is sent over the Internet. CaliforniaDAE.com does not store any credit card information.
