Privacy Policy
Our site's registration form may require users to give us contact information (like your name and email address), or other unique identifiers.
We may use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about California Disabled Access Education (CaliforniaDAE) course completion and/or our company. The customer's contact information may also be used to contact the user when requests for clarification caused by problems with your information are required for course processing. Unique identifiers are collected to verify the user's identity and for use for documentation to be sent to those who complete the course. CaliforniaDAE, upon request, will share your information with the California Architects Board. Other than the California Architects Board, CaliforniaDAE will not share any information with any third party unless required to by law. CaliforniaDAE does not store any credit card information.
Third Party Intermediaries
We use outside credit card processing companies to bill users for our services. These companies do not retain share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Your payment is securely processed with Authorize.net.
Security
One of the security techniques we use for online transactions is a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). If your browser is capable of SSL (and most are), your personal information will be automatically encrypted or encoded before it is sent over the Internet.
Email Communications
We will send you an email to confirm your successful completion of our course once you do complete it. In addition, CaliforniaDAE.com may send a feedback survey so that you can provide us with information on the course experience after course completion. CaliforniaDAE.com may send you a future email offering course availability for satisfying future license renewals.
Legal Disclaimer
Although we make every effort to preserve your privacy we may need to disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, or comply with a legal process served.
